Urbanization in India

The recently concluded UN Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development or Habitat III has provided comprehensive guidelines to India's urban policy. The challenges of a rapidly urbanizing world and of providing people with equal opportunities in cities were the central themes at the conference.
